Guest guest
Sounds like a fistula to me. I can't believe all those docs said the same thing it was nothing wondering if they are looking at the still films or at the active scan like the radiologist saw as the test was happening. I have a fistula and it was visable on both UGI's the filler material didn't work and he found it with the scope the first time. My only option now is major surgery to fix the pesky thing.. He said the definite symptoms would be pain and weight gain have you gained any if you have made it to goal now I see your 17 months out so I don't know. I had already lost all of my weight by then. Maybe you haven't lost all of it because of this. I know of a few people that haven't met goal because of a fistula. Keep asking questions and bother your surgeon to get to the bottom of this. Also if he says it nothing I would get another surgeons opinion too. Were you transected or just stapled off that makes a difference too. I was divided and transected and this was not susposed to happen to me but it can. Let us know what happenens.
