My insides are gurgling all the time and my bowels are as loose as

they can get

Hey Vicki,

Have you taken an antibiotic lately? This can cause terrible problems in the

tummy. Your stomach flora could be unbalanced. The only thing that has

every helped me is very good quality acidopholous from the health food store.

It should be the kind that is refridgerated. Take two in the morning and

two at night on an empty tummy. The runs and gurguling stopped within a day

or two.

Good luck!

Hi Vicki,

Not sure how far out you are, but my tummy gurgles if I get a hold of sugar

or hidden milk, or eat too many carbs that day. I shy away from all of them,

although don't avoid carbs, just choose to not load on them as I " lived " on

carbs when I was malnourished, as it was an easy " grab " food, (a few crackers

here in there in an entire day was my " diet " ). I also find that I'm very

painfully bloated during PMS time, and usually for about 10 days before

mother nature hits.

Just some suggestions for you.

There's definitely been something " going around " in my neck of the woods.

My GP said that because of the way the digestive system all works, it

perpetuates the irritation. He suggested metamucil and it really calmed my

insides down. I also tried the acidophillus and it worked well after my

antibiotics, too.
