Okay being a " Protein Dummy " what is the difference between the

proteins? Is whey better then on of the others....heck, what are the

others besides soy....which is recommended to restart the weightloss

after a 6-8 week standstill?? I know, I know....I am needed some

serious spoon-feeding of info here...sorry!! Thanx for the

help...Karan E. - aka Vitalady, I will be ordering as

sooooon as I figure all of this out....lol
