Guest guest
Hi Yesterday I wrote about my mother's problem with diarreha. Apparently they have managed to get it under control using naturopathic medicine containing fleawort seed(in Denmark you buy it at a pharmacy)The latin name of the plant is " Plantago psyllium " . Anyway I thought I would let you know, I guess it's worth a try. My father has also suggested laudanum, he is an old farmer and says that was what they used for animals if they had severe diarreha!!!! A friend of mine who is a nurse also told me laudanum is used for humans sometimes - with good results. Take care Krista Lauridsen, Denmark some jokes that made me smile: http://www.ahajokes.com/crt355.html http://www.ahajokes.com/crt237.html http://www.ahajokes.com/crt356.html
Guest guest
Krista, It is well proven that psyllium works well for constipation and for diarrhea. It is the main ingredient in almost all the " bulk laxatives " here in the US. I don't know what fiber additives you have available there, but if you can find a commercial product with psyllium, you may save some money.
