Guest guest
Belinda: You were asking Bill about over doing. I find with Fred , that he will over do. His one that is hard to know when enough is enough at the times ( well most of the time) Fred is always been one will over do everything and then pay's for it later. I guess it's still Fred's mind is telling him that he can do it, and then the body will say "Yeah! you think so? " The best thing I can say is do a little then rest and then do a little more. I've seen Fred do to much and then not be able to do anything for days after and that's not good either. You know when you've done enough without over doing and that is the time to rest or find something else to do that won't be as hard as what you were doing. Fred get's to the point to where his over done and then he starts to have the fall's. I know when his done enough, but it's hard to get him to see it. Believe me we want to have you around for along time , to keep you safe and here to enjoy life as long as we can. So listen to your body, it tell's you what you can do and when it's time to rest. Do it and keep yourself safe and give your family there and your family here another day to enjoy your company. I have been going on the use it or lose it theory since you have said it plenty of times to all of us. I enjoy working in my flowerbeds and some days are better than others. I might work an hour outside in them. I take breaks, do a little break etc. I know if I do too much which sometimes I go for more than a hour I suffer greatly for it for the next few days.My question is though would it be just as bad for me to do too much (as far as staying on this earth) as to not doing anything? I want to live as long as possible and don't want to shorten my time if doing to much is going to do that. I hope this makes sense to you but I know you have seen how other people had faired over time so I hope you can help me with this upon your observations. I know no one can say yes or no definitly but just your observations would be appreciated by me. Thanks and God bless, Belinda
