Yes, I know this. I was just curious if anyone had noticed any joint pain while

slacking off of the calcium for a short time. Just trying to figure it out,

although I know I will be ok after I'm off the Cipro and back on the calcium

full force.

I think it was Anthrax that they were prescribing the Cipro for lately. So, I

guess I'm safe from Anthrax for another week or so. Hah!

My labs have been fine. My Dexa scan a few months ago still showed my bones

good and dense. So, I'm not worried...just curious.

For all I know it could be just the Cipro that is making my knee ache a bit. Or

something totally unrelated.....the weather, maybe.

Thanks for the feedback.

Thank you, Sue, for your feedback also.

Two weeks of low calcium intake should not hurt you

nor make you ache unless you are low already. How are

your labs? And when did you have WLS? Remember, you

can be low even if your labs are normal for a long

time.I fyou are on Cipro you will be helped if we have

a gas attack or is it typhoid? Which one? Doe it

matter when you take the Cipro or just what you take

it without? Again, for two weeks, you should be fine.

You can not lose enough to hurt you.
