Guest guest
Laurie I would see a dematologist for this then confirm whatever is prescribed with the surgeon to make sure it is safe for us. Fay Bayuk

Guest guest
Laurie, Funny you should mention this subject. I am also 37 and have been having a problem with acne for the first time in my life as well. I haven't asked my doctor about it but I thought it might be hormonal. I really feel like I'm too young for the change of life. Well you'll never believe what has been the miracle cure. A monthly B-12 shot fixed me up. I have always gotten my B-12 in the shot form. I must say though, I hadn't been getting them regularly like I should. I have to admit that I got busy at the end of last year and skipped getting them for 6 months. (I have been faithful to all the other vitamins.) If you look at my labs you can see this too. I was in the 400 range and my latest labs have me in the 200 range. Needless to say, I have gone back to monthly. At first, it didn't even phase me because I had gotten too low. After the second time, my complexion cleared right up and I got that normal burst of energy. If I were you, I'd check my labs to see where you are. Being low in nutrients in any form can show up in a number of ways. It's better to fix the problem rather than mask it with other meds. JMO. Dawn --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
