Guest guest
>> Can any of you actually eat an entire hamburger? To this day, I >> cannot do ground beef very well. It's just too heavy in the pouch! This might sound kind of prissy, but I wouldn't know, because I've never actually tried! I guess I am still mistrustful enough of my own body's ability to out-eat almost anything to want to push the boundaries very much. Tonight I'll be having a low-fat beef tenderloin dish I found in " Cooking Light " , a magazine I happened upon a few weeks ago. I think it'll be the first beef I've eaten (other than the extra thin-sliced stuff in sandwiches) in a few months. I'll be interested to see how it goes down. It scares me to read about people who are able to eat more and more with their little pouches -- I keep thinking, " If they can, I can...and I don't wanna!!!! " I've never been this thin (well, except for on my way up, in my early teens) or had such a low body fat ratio, and I really really want to keep it that way. I do succumb to certain temptations now and again, but the thought of regain always seems to stop my hand just before it grabs the piece of fudge or whatever. I just hope I don't start to get complacent, and let bad habits slip back. Brr...the thought of it gives me a cold shiver! (not that I'm warm at all these days, anyway....anyone mind if we just cancel winter this year?) Take care, all... -- <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> RNY September 19, 2001 Dr. Freeman, Ottawa General Hospital BMI then: 43.5 BMI now: 22.7 -150 lbs <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>
