Question: Could use help/advice

My husband is catheterized and has been for over six months. Last

night he started with pain in his right testicle (no fever) and so I

called the doctor who put him on an antibiotic. This morning he is

in more pain, running a low grade fever (100.0) and there seems to be

additional stridor sounds. Called again this morning and Doctor's

office said to take tylenol and use cold compresses. His BP is all

over the place.

Question: Has anyone else had experience with this? Should I sit

tight like they say or should I be making some noise?
