Also called Lewy Body Dementia (LBD). CBGD stands for Corticobasal Ganglionic Degeneration These are both considered to be Parkinson Plus Disorders. Other Parkinson Plus Disorders are: MSA - Multiple System Atrophy PSP - Progressive Supranuclear Palsy.
