Guest guest
Good morning! At 18 months post-op I find that I've slipped back to some old habits of taking big bites and not chewing as well as I should. Luckily, this hasn't caused any " stuck " problems; however, I AM trying to remember to chew well and to space out my bites, along with taking smaller bites. My concern is this...I am usually quite " gassy " . Mind you, I eat a very normal diet, I eat just about everything I did as a pre-op, only in smaller portions. I never had a problem with excess gas as a pre- op, but now that I'm eating the same foods as a post-op, I do have gas problems. Could it be the " not chewed enough " food, could it be the bypass itself that? It's nothing major, and I can certainly live with it, I'm just curious and I intend to try the Phayzme pills. Any suggestions?... Thanks! Estela in TX 278/170, size 10/12, think I'm done :-)
