Guest guest
Ro: I had my surgery, wls and tummy tuck done at North Shore University Hospital, Manhasset, NY. I had no complications from tt in April that required hospitalization. I was in the hospital a few weeks ago for various other problems and snafu's not related to the surgery. The arm surgery I had done was a result of phlebitis/cellulitis caused by the IV in my arm during my hospital stay. The only plastics I have had done is the tt. My arms and face are fine. The upper part of my thighs are a bit on the jiggly side, but with everything else going on, could really care less about that right now. My eventual breast lift will be covered by insurance, but am going to wait to see if this incisional hernia I have gets any bigger before I go in. Just can't bear the thought of another surgery right now. Thank God for good bras. I live in Seaford, NY, which is on Long Island. You're about 45 minutes to an hour West of me. Just want everyone to know that I won't be around for a few days. Going to visit a sick friend of mine in Carmichael, Ca. I know I shouldn't be going with everything else I have going on, but he is end stage liver failure and waiting to be placed on a transplant list. This may be my last opportunity to see him. So with the blessings of two of the five doctors I am now dealing with, I am going with their emergency # " s and names of doctors in the area that I can contact should any problems arise. I am not anticipating any problems, but then again, who does? Heading off to the urologist this morning for that bladder sonogram and will ask him for a # out there too. Will be leaving on a jet plane later on this evening as I am flying stand by. Hopefully will get out tonight or will stay in the airport and try to catch the 7 am flight tomorrow morning. Hope everyone is doing well and I hope that answers your questions Ro. Regina
