Guest guest
well .... lol thinks. some of the enzymes are absorbed into the blood stream so there may be an effect there for some reason, maybe one of the enzymes helps with the catalysation of tyrosine into its postcursors, dopamine etc. it must be doing something for tyrptophan because i am sleeping better too. but i am also eating only a small amount of protien at night and this also improves sleep. it maybe that no fenol simply makes tyrosine, tryptophan and sulphur amino acids more avialable but i have a suspicion there is some catalytic effect going on in the body as well. but i know its having an effect on digestion becuase the total stool volume is less and denser and the fiber is stripped down more. so i would say that since the fiber or whatever no fenol digests tends to go through the gut undigested then because i am taking it on getting up in the morning when there are not many of the bodys own enzymes around and no pep or zyme at that stage then the no fenol can move through the intestine to where these fibers are without being digested themselves. i take the no fenol about an hour before eating breakfast, try to stretch that out as long as possible to give the no fenol a head start. i was also taking a no fenol before going to bed for yeast, but since that seems to be under control and the extra no fenol was making me a bit spacy i have stopped that. > Something puzzles me that has mentioned, and others as well, regarding giving No Fenol between meals and seeing some nice side effects--, you specifically mentioned better memory, more alertness--do you think that's attributable to the between-meals doses (in addition to at-meals?) If so, how is this working, if enzymes only work on food? > > (who needs more energy & better memory)
Guest guest
No-Fenol will be working on food/fiber. Enzymes are like little robots...they are programmed to do certain jobs. If there is no appropriate food in the stomach, they go on to the intestines. If nothing is there, they go on through the digestive tract. Some are taken into the blood stream where they will circulate until they come upon something appropriate to break down...or keep circulating. Or they will go on through the colon and out the back door. If you take No-Fenol on an empty stomach, it MAY end up in the blood stream and do something as described, although I haven't read anything specific on that, or it MAY end up going to the colon. Food or " waste " can spend over a day or two in the system. If the No- Fenol gets to the end of the intestines, it is probably just going to start breaking down the fiber there. Remember that usually the NSP (non-soluble stuff) ends up not being digested as it is and that is exactly what the No-Fenol would work on. Thereby also reducing the food and fuel for any yeast and bacteria. You may be feeling much, much better just because the little guys are giving off extra toxins and by-products. Also, having the roughage digested more releases the amino acids, energy, nutrients, and other stuff. .
