I understand how frustrating the whole diabetes blood sugar saga can be. I

was type II diabetic (insulin dependent) when I had the rny surgery 07/23/01.

Now over a year later and minus 116 pounds I was one of the 1-3% (depending

on who you ask) who did not lose the diabetes. In fact now they say I am

type I diabetic now, still require insulin. I have wild blood sugar swings,

and some days the non functioning pancreas seem to work and other days not at

all. You might try to get referred to a diabetes educator to help with your
