Guest guest
Hi everyone, its been a little while since I have posted. I went to my Surgeon this morning, and he confirmed that I do have a hole in my pouch going into my old stomach, plus I may have a blockage somewhere, soooooooo he wants to wait until Jan. and I have to take zantac (crushed as well) twice a day 150mg each, hes afraid that the acid from the old stomach will go into my lower intestines and cause an ulcer. I was wondering if anyone else has ever had this problem and if so what was done if anything about it. My surgeon said that he may have to do surgery to try to find the blockage and if he does that he will fix the pouch. I hope someone might be able to help me somewhat. Take Care Hope Starbuck, Roanoke Va. 17 Mos, Postop 370lbs surgery day 260 today (smile)
Guest guest
Do you mean a staple line disruption? I had that. I've had marginal ulcer. Have not had a blockage (that had anything to do with WLS). m Hole in Pouch (HELP) > Hi everyone, its been a little while since I have posted.
