We started a " Fashion " board ;-) But... had to add this anyway..

LOL... I'm a crone so I can wear purple ~smile~

My pedicurist is Asian an swears American women do awful things to their

feet with socks, pantyhose and closed shoes -- in other cultures both men

and women wear standard open type shoes (flip flops) even with dress attire

because (she said) it is far more healthy for the feet.

I have to admit, I LOVE flip flops!.... and with the newer designs they can look

nice with a nice dress or skirt.... so maybe the sandals would have to be over

looked??????

Must be why my body (which I do try to listen to sometimes) has been telling

me all my life that barefoot is best. Altho I'm a total shoe

freak-----------I only wear 'em when I have to, LOL. The rest of the time, my

tootsies are buck nekkid, LOL
