Guest guest
When I was preparing for my reconstructive surgery I was told to go off of my Vit E. Well, my hands started peeling within a week! Just an FYI lack of E could be the cause. Guest guest
I was already taking vit E, but started taking another one each day. I am also constantly rubbing Aloe gel and Vit E oil onto my hands. They seem to be better now. They are still chapped, but they don't hurt like they did. If I forget to put the aloe and E oil on, though, they start to hurt again. Maybe I will add even another vit E daily. But the E supplements and E oil and aloe, at least, seem to be doing 'something.'
