Kjaer Barbara,

Well, okay, after I wrote 16 generations I wondered whether I remembered it

right! I know they have traced our family back to about 1650 although there

is question of accuracy. The family tree chart when printed out from Family

Tree Maker is so big that when taped together is takes up the whole dining

room. We are related to Roald Amundsen, the first person to reach the South

Pole. My husband insists that Amundsen must have been looking for the North

Pole because the navigational skills in his decendants (e.g. me!) are given

to being significantly awry!

Regarding having home health assistance, my parents recently hired someone to

help a couple of days a week. My mom said it is such a relief for her to

have help. Maybe you can make a deal with your husband to try it one time

and see how it goes.

Ta det med ro. ( " Take it easy " in Norske.)

Hilsen,

Cindy
