Have you ever seen one of those pedal exercisers? It's like stationary

bike riding without the bike. Just the pedals that you use while sitting

down. I know a lady that got one from Dr. Leonard's catalog and she loves

it. Not expensive either. And water aerobics is really great.

asked:

Sci Fit whey and the Ultra Whey.....can someone tell me how they compare in

flavor to the Pure Whey Stack?

No comparison. Pure Whey Stack is simply great. Thick flavor (not thick

texture, there is a difference) and no weird aftertaste. That's my tastebuds,

of course, your's may be different.

Then, asked:

....walking a few feet from wheelchair to bed (or toilet) is painful. I am very

concerned about the exercise issue, especially post-op as I know exercise is a

key ingredient to a healthy body...I really need ideas as to what exercise I can

do in place of walking (or putting any kind of pressure on my feet) that will

help with the weight loss, toning and strengthening.

I was wheelchair bound due to severe arthritis in my knees prior to my surgery,

and for more than a year afterward. I found that I had to go to physical

therapy, and do the pool exercises there. Get into the water if you can. It

helped me immensely! Deep water exercises were the best. I was very happy I

did them.
