Amy,

You have a virus which sends itself to others all by itself and you

need to get rid of it. You really need a good virus checker like

Norton or McAfee as this list has a habit of getting viruses, since everyone

trusts everyone. The viruses are not that forgiving and often come

from friends who also ignore the threat. Many of the emails that

say "Pass this on to everyone you know", have a virus attached. To

protect yourself from viruses:

Make it a habit NOT to open attachments unless you know that the person

who sent it has a virus checker which updates at least daily.

Do NOT forward chain emails.

Get a good virus checker which updates itself, every time you log onto

the internet or at least daily all by itself.

If you are attached to the internet full time (i.e. DSL, T1, satellite

or cable) get a personal firewall.

but remember, people often package two viruses together, you need virus

protection.

On? Also I have been having trouble w/ my comp. for about 3 wks. I haven't

been able to acess anything on the web I just could get to my welcome screen

on AOL and it would freeze! I have spent the weekend totally cleared my

hard drive/well everything/I lost alot of saved mail. But now everything

is Great! Please someone tell me who / how / what is using my name or e-mail?
