Guest guest
My cousinhas this. We know so very little about it. The info I have gotten so far is so dry. No feeling in it. She is a patient at Mayo in Nashville. She doesn't just have some of the illnesses involved. She has ALL of them. She is the only patient there at that clinic that has had ALL of them. She is reasonibly young. Only 50. They told her last month that she has had it about 2 years. She now has parkinsons, high blood pressure along with all the rest plus she is numb down the left side like a stroke, alot or wieght gain also. I would love to talk to anyone that can tell me anything about this. She is dear to me but refuses to talk about it. It makes her sad, and she wants to live her life to the fullest as long as possible. I have yahoo shadylady0114 and MSN shariblackwell I will chat on either one of these if someone is willing. Thank you Shari Blackwell
Guest guest
Sheri, So sorry that your cousin has been diagnosed with MSA. You have come to a wonderful place to learn more about it. There is a lot of first hand experience here. We have a chat time on Sunday's from 3pm to 5pm if you want to join us. If you will look there is usually a message that will take you to the link. Your cousin can only deal with it in her own time. I hoping that she also will be able to join us when she's ready. We understand that it isn't an easy thing to be diagnosed with MSA or any other terminal disease. She is fortunate to have a loving cousin that wants to be there for her.
