Guest guest
Had my hystie back in the dark ages, 1981, (just before I was born, actually--I was young, very young!), and was given the dose of hormone that I take today. Over the years, docs have tried to adjust it to some book formula they had and every time, I KNOW they've messed with it. New doc, new formula, I am miserable. Today, I do not allow messing with the formula that works. (different me) BUT that said, with as distal as I am, I SHOULD be having problems with absorption. Everyone else switched over to the patch. My PCP is utterly convinced that I grasp the vitamin/protein concept, but I must be wrong about the estrogen. So, he had another 62 tubes of blood sucked to prove this to me. LOL! I am smack dab in the middle of the ranges that have come back. How can this be? I dunno. He SHOULD be right. However, I'm glad he at least is testing (I like most tests, save the liver biopsy) m Re: I could use a little reassurance > (Waving hand frantically) Me, too!!
