Boy, do I agree with that! The room was something out of the artic.

And yes, it was a hard hospital bed. But I put up with it because I

recognized that until the doctors had a chance to see how I was

sleeping, they could not figure out what was up.

Nor was I overweight. In fact I was only 180 at the time. But my apnea

was clearly evident. And the result was a very diminished life style.

Using the CPAP machine resulted in greatly increased energy and much

greater wakefulness. I would not trade my unit for anything.
