Guest guest
Hi Vicki...I had just discovered cure on the net and have been throwing around the idea of buying it but haven't heard anything about it on this board or elsewhere so I'm glad to see your post. Please do let me know how your progress goes with this. Sounds promising so far! -- In rosacea-support@y..., " vickibritt2001 " wrote: > I ordered some rosacure a couple of weeks ago after someone on this > list recommended it. Guest guest
hi all, was reading the different post about the so called cure. it reminded me of that movie " Lorenzo's Oil " . I was interested in this person being a layman and " finding " the cure. I believe that if he was at all sincere in his " helping " that it would come along the same way as did with Lorenzo's parents. They, too, were laymen. However, they did the research and found things that helped, but and this is the catch, they did go to scientist and researchers to further the study. While it does help a number of children, it is not claiming to be a cure. I have also learned that it is not as good as they first thought. But this was after much testing by scientists and researcher. They now trying to find ways of modifing to make it work. So I guess what I am trying to clumsily say is, if he were real, he would be working with someone, be it a scientist or a research team, to make his claim legit. Yes I for one would like a cure, but I am not sending my money to some joe moe on the street who says he has it. i would need proof first. Something from some professional, saying that it was proven. Thank you for letting me put in my two cents worth. wanda __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Hi Vicki Just read your post about the rosacure. i have a brand new tube that I am about to try. I had a whole box of samples from the derm who was moving her practise and what I did not give away, I used. Unfortunately I had a lot of other stuff going on at the time with my face and I did not give it a fair trial period. But I have become much more vigilant since then. And I was most intrigued by your comments about the vita-oil. I kinda thought that it gace me the worse flakes but I would not really admit it until I used it for 3 days with nothing else and boy did they pores ever get filled wiht stuff. They literally overflowed and left a trail of flaky stuff. Wonder what in the vita is doing this. It can't be the jojoba oil?? surely?? Anyway, glad to read about your success. Sounds so good. Wish that I could say the same after 13 years. LOL But for now I am trying to keep a very detailed account of my skin reactions and not using a bunch of products and not knowing what caused what, whether good ot bad. I just started the Metrogel as well. All the best Re: cure > I've been using cure since February. Guest guest
I've been using cure since February. So far I really like it. It has reduced my redness to more of a regular looking pinkness, I haven't had any breakouts at all since using it, and it's been a great moisturizer. I tried the vita oil and had the worst flakes I've ever had for some reason. I don't have any flakes with the rosacure. My skin is in the best condition it's been in since I was diagnosed with rosacea two years ago. I was hoping to totally eliminate the redness, but that hasn't happened. However, my tinted zinco and light makeup cover up the redness I have left, so I don't think much about it anymore. I'd say this is definitely worth a try.
