I've been reading the different messages and glad to read all the posts. I too have been having some problems the past six months wit the weight loss. But I know what I need to do to get over it, it's just the doing that's difficult. I had open RNY on April 23, 2001 with Dr. Rehnke in St. sburg, FL. I'm currently weighing in at 235 down from 360. I feel wonderful and even though I still need to lose another 40-50 pounds I feel great and am so happy I made the move to have this surgery. Good luck and God bless all of you. We're all in this together. By the way I'm glad to read about all the folks that over 50. I thought I was too old to have the surgery...boy was I wrong! ha ha. I'll be 54 in January.
