I had the same experience. 5'6 " to 5' 8 " !!!! Very cool.

I have no idea why some of us gain height.

I went from 5'4 " to about five-four-and-a-half. For those of us who are

" vertically challenged " half an inch matters. (Sorry, fellas. You had to

find out sooner or later.)

I'm guessing that I was so overweight that I simply couldn't stand up

straight. Or maybe the extra I lost in my feet (from 10 WW to 8) migrated!

It is interesting that some of you guys have increased in height.. the more

weight I have lost, I have decreased a little in height.. going from 5'7 to

5'6..

I also went from a size 10 EEE to a size 8 1/2 or 9 in a shoe.. med width ,

depending on how it is made..
