Guest guest Posted October 7, 2002 Report Share Posted October 7, 2002 I have posted little as I am mostly a lurker. But as I am currently in proeitn recovery (off shakes for at least 8 mo.) I could use some help. I know many of you add low cal things like bananas for substance and flavor. I would like any suggestions to boost the flavor. Also if I do one for breakfast I think it would help to add a little something to it. Does anyone crush ice into it and make a smoothie or do you mostly just add like syrups and shake. I really don't like the flavor very much and for a long time they kind of made me sick. But my tolerance has improved for other things so I think that it will be better now. Thanks.
