Ditto for me, I don't want to bog down the system with a long email, but the

protein shakes (3-4 per day) really work for me!! No milk, just protein and

water, maybe some SF syrup, that's it. They keep the CARB monster away and

help tremendously with healing if you are having any additional surgeries.
