Guest guest
hi Regina, You might put those pillows under your ankles so your feet hang off the back. It will take some of the strain off also. This is for when you lay on your tummy. What said about the body pillow is great. I love mine...I have two. When I sleep on my back I put one of them under my knees with no pillow under my head. When I sleep on my side I curl it around my back like a C, with my head on one end of the pillow and the other end tucked between my legs at the knees to support my hips. I got in the habit of sleeping with a body pillow when I was over 350 pounds. It was recommended for pregnant women and my belly was BIG so I thought it would work for me. It did! The way I slept with it that way was to have it in front of me with my leg and arm thrown over it at one end (sleeping on my side) and my head on it at the other. I could not tolerate sleeping in any other position. I could sleep on my back with my CPAP machine going. Let us know how it turns out. > : > > Thanks for the input. Tonight I will try sleeping without a pillow. I > usually use two. Just a habit. Will try none tonight and see if that > makes a difference. At this point willing to try anything.
