Because I need to eat DENSE protein in order to get the

kind of long lasting fullness that keeps me satisfied for

hours! Nutritionally speaking, doing nothing more than

supplements works. But that approach leaves me feeling

empty most of the time. Without meat, I will eat my weight

in veggies, fruits & carbs...and that's WITH adequate

protein supplements.
