Good things never cease to happen

Excuse the cross posting to multiple lists, but I just wanted to

share this with you guys:

As you, who have had this surgery, already know, things

happen to us once in awhile that just catch us by surprise. Someone

has mentioned crossing their legs for the first time without even

being aware of it. Another mentioned seeing their shadow and not

recognizing it as their own. Each of these has happened to me.

Today, another one happened to me and I wanted to share it with you.

I was sitting on the edge of my chair in the office, working with

something and I dropped it. As I have done for years, when I dropped

something, I immediately slapped my knees together to catch it in my

lap. Well folks, it fell right between my legs and landed on the

floor. It took a while for me to recognize what had happened and I

looked all around in the folds of my shorts. But there it was, it

had fallen between the crack, so to speak.
