I personally find that melatonin a half hour before bed is great to get

" conked " out. If you use it everyday, you'll probably get used to it. It

is a hormone that depletes as we age and is responsible for setting our

clock. My shrink said that the 3mg would be fine. I take it about 2 out of

3 days.

Last night, I tried 3 grams of l-glutamine. I still woke up, but had a more

deep and restful sleep and didn't wake up as much.
