Update on Regina

Hi all. Just got back from getting Regina admitted into the hospital for

IV antibiotics for her arm. She told the doctors that if they screw her

up again that she has a huge contingency that will come and kick their

" collective asses " . She also brought her school work with her and

figured that she may as well get some free help for her medical

microbiology class and do her take home math test. She already has a

doctor coming to her room when he gets off shift to help her with any

questions she might have and told her that when he's not on duty, he

will make sure he leaves messages for the doctors who are to give her a

hand if she needs it. They should make a tv show called " Everyone Loves

Regina " . She's unbelievable. They like her because she doesn't complain

or call them unless absolutely necessary.

Plan is for her to be in until Wednesday and then they will decide

whether to cut her arm open to see what it going on in there. It is

somewhat better than it was, but it's slow going and the doctors are not

happy about how long it's taking. It's been over two weeks already and

now she has started to get swelling in the hand and fingers as well.

Will keep you posted as per her orders. , she told me to let you

know that she threatened them with you, Michele, ceep (is that right?)

and Bill the most. Said you guys are the ones not to be reckoned with.

Thank you for being so good to her. She has learned so much from this

list and all of you have helped her tremendously when she wants to jump

off a bridge at times. Can't say that I blame her. I know I want to some

times. She's been through the mill and still manages to be a Brownie

leader, have her own business and going to school. Through all of this

she hasn't missed a day. She is very upset that she will miss Wednesday,

but there is nothing we can do about it. Just trying to get her well

right now.

Anyway, just thought I'd let you know what was going on.
