Guest guest Posted October 7, 2002 Report Share Posted October 7, 2002 I agree Subway is a healthier way to go if you are in a hurry or traveling. Their 7 under 6 menu (7 choices under 6 grams of fat) also has pretty good protein (about 20 grams) in the small sandwiches. I usually ask for extra fresh vegies and get rid of part of the bread...even though it is so fresh that's hard to do. But its a good choice and still feels like I'm doing the fast food circuit psychologically. It really is an eye opener when you go to the web sites and check out what we put into our mouths.
