looking for some encouragment

Hiya all =). I'm new, trying to get the hang of this message board

thing!! I had surgery 4/12/01, lost 133 pounds from 298 to 165.

I'm short, 5'1 " so would still like to lose 25 more pounds. I know

it has been almost 18 months since surgery, but I refuse to believe

that I won't lose anymore. I know I need to work harder, exercise

more, and get in more protein. I have no problem with water, I

drink 100+ ounces a day. My biggest problem is .... crackers...I

find myself reaching for them throughout the day. I have asked my

staff to not keep crackers around at work and we don't have any at

home. I think this will help...any other suggestions??? Motivational

tips??? Encouragement??? I'm kinda needing a little boost please
