Please nobody flame me for suggesting Atkins.

It works like a charm for me, MODIFIED with fewer fats.

Add in our protein supplements, tons of water & eating ONLY green veggies

(not starchy ones)....

I also added in fruit after one week, but do never have my fruit with meals

(suggestion from Somersizing, Suzanne Somers).

Now, when I weigh above goal, I do Atkins for one week & get back on

track.....

Atkins never worked for me prior to wls...I could not do it.
