Interesting note about high serum calcium levels being associated with toxic

D levels, as well as the part about too much D causing calcium to be drawn

from the bones! I think I'll be doing a little more research (even though

my

D is back at normal levels!)

Well, I TRIED to read it. Or rather I DID read it, but I'm not sure I

understood all of it; it's pretty technical. Do u understand it all, Kate? If

so, maybe u could put it into plain English for the rest of us. At any rate,

I've already cut my Vit D consumption and this just makes me think I will

keep it down for awhile until I see what my next labs show (even tho I was

not high). Keep the info coming!
