Umm, I tho't cal carbonate is MORE likely to cause stones than cal citrate.

Have I got something mixed up here?

As most of you know......I suffered with a kidney stone not too long

ago. They never discovered what it was made of. I think I passed it when

I did the bowel cleansing stuff before the IVP. NO WAY I was going to

sift through ....well.......CRAP! I do believe that I was NOT doing

enough water. So I have increased my water intake. Funny........I think

I can feel it now when I don't get enough water. Sort of a warning from

the old kidney's that things NEED to be WETTER? LOL The IVP showed that

I have very good renal funtion. So that, at least, was a relief. Now to

hope and pray that I never have another kidny stone. THAT was

awful!!!!!!!!
