Hi Hope:

Is there a possibility that you may have developed a hernia? I know

that some hernias can be painful, especially when pushed on. I don't

think you would be out of line to ask your surgeon about this.

Afterall, that's what he is there for. I would definitely ask him about

this when you see him.

As far as the bubbling goes, I get this practically everytime I eat

something. It can get especially bad if I eat something that is higher

in fat than my body can handle. It's kind of a reminder for me that

what I am eating is too high in fat and not to repeat it in the future.

I look at the bubbling as a good sign that my system is working as it

should. I know there are other people who have said the same thing.

But you should ask your doctor about it, too, just to make sure

everything is okay.
