Nope, just pure Cal citrate...

That's also WHY I got it, Its hard to find Citracal without D around here.Way

too much D for me.

If I take any more Vit D Im going to turn into Sunshine.I take my

magnesium away from the Cal citrate too, which some nutritional guru told me to

do long time ago..

I'm being reassured that if its from B&C then trust that they are getting it

from one of their known sources...I just cant believe I don't have to take any

more horse pills, and the Upcal D didn't have the Cal Citrate in the ( )....

so I was still relying on at least 1000 mg a night of the horse pills...

QUESTION NOW IS

CAN I PUT THIS STRAIGHT CC in HOT BEVERAGES as well as any other thing...

obviously the options are limitless but would HOT be ok too...
