excersize more == you can lose even more maybe get to a size 8 == your

metabolism may be slow-- if you add muscle - that muscle burns 50 calories

more a day- and you will see i big diffrence in the look and shape as well -

start slow and once you see results youll be hooked ,dumbells , weight

machines, whatever you can get to - the weight doesnt have to be too heavy

and never over exert-- do whats comfortable -- its all about repetition and

just a few days a week will do DONT FORGET TO STRECH -muscle can be lengthend

for a lean look-WHEN MY POSTURE IMPROVED AND I STARTED TO STAND UP STRAIGHT

AND TRY TO STICK MY BELLY IN 0 I LOOK PRETTY DAMN GOOD -- HOPE THIS MAY

HELP=my goal weight was 150 i was hoping to be in a size 10 someday I AM NOW
