It wouldn't be pass them, to have me work to get one. I've had to fight the insurance company many times before, but I think they know me by now and know that I will do what has to do if I need to... ) I maybe small but I put up a big fight. So let's hope that it won't come to that.

Sorry that you didn't get your and had to go out and get it yourself. Next time try to put in an appel with the insurance. I fine they work and you get things done after one within a month.

I hate to pass this bit of information on, however, I put in for a wheelchair back in September. I don't have Medicare but I do have Tricare which is the replacement for Champus. I still don't have my chair.

I have been evaluated three times to see if I need it, which all agree I do, however, I cannot get a commitment from anyone (retailer) to get my chair to me.

I shure hope you can get yours, I went and bought mine through family donations.

Oh Vera

You haven't had fun until you try to deal with Tricare. Even I finally

gave up on it. You don't always have the same recourse as with a

" normal " insurance co. When you deal with gov insurance, as many do

with military insurance, there just are very few places or steps you can

go to. It also has to do with the part of the country. Each section

does their own thing! It's the nightmare from Hell :<(
