Of course they can help you, you sound like a very sensitive person, and you need answers, your blood sugars, as you know are affected by STRESS amongst other things. Please go to endochronologist ASAP ; you will feel better sooner, and you please consider going to one that specializes in diabetes and hypoglycemia.
