Protein Needs and TT insurance coverage

Hello to all from a lurker for the past couple of months.

I'm just wondering if there is a place that I can find out how much

protein I need per day.

I know if anybody has surgery, that the protein needs can double, but I'm

just not too sure how much I need on a regular basis. As soon as I hear

from one of the local plastic surgeons, I will know if my insurance has

accepted the TT that I'm hoping that they will cover.

ALSO, has anybody gotten insurance coverage for a TT without having a

hernia? I don't have any hernia's, but I'm hoping that they will cover

it. Whatever information you have would be valuable to me....thanks!
