It is remarkable how I've managed to keep on track with food since reading all of these posts. If you only knew how bug phobic I am and how I sit here scratching and sitting on my feet while I'm reading these posts. All my husband hears coming from my office is EEEW and Oh, my God. He knows it has to do with bugs and he's cracking up too. Thanks for the two lost pounds. Please keep up the good work. When you have a conference where the bug quotient is fairly low, let me know. Don't mind furry little critters like mice and such, just can't stand any creepy crawlies or anything the buzzes past my head.
