Guest guest
This message is for all of you women out there. I am having major trouble with my periods. One month it is normal, the next I will have a few days and it will quit and go for 20 days or more. The doctor has told me that it is probably from the rapid weight loss from the surgery. I had the surgery 2 years ago and think that it is unlikely to be still affecting my periods. He wants to do a biopsy and that scare me to death. I am hoping that this has happened to someone out there that can reassure me that it is probably weight loss related and not cancer. Can anyone give me any encouragement? By the way, I am 44 years old so I doubt that it is premenopause stuff. My mother is deceased so I can't find out when she started menopause. Thanks.
