,

I am so sorry to hear about Don's saga...I can only say that it might have

been worse if he had not been aware of calcium needs and not taking

supplements, so maybe WLS is the cause....and caused an awareness of the

necessity of men taking calcium, not just women....thank god he is taking

supplements !!

This should be a heads up to everyone who doesn't take calcium citrate

seriously...I had my bone density done twice already the first showed

osteopenia and I took carbonate..didn't know about citrate at that time.....I

had another done in april and it was worse !!! but I started taking citrate

during the year between the two and added boron & ipraflavone and will see

what happens next year...need less to say I am a big supporter of citrate now

and tell everyone who will listen !!!!!

BTW it was so nice to meet you and Don at the conference...you two are

terrific !!!!

I send my best wishes to you for his knee...
