Guest guest Posted October 1, 2002 Report Share Posted October 1, 2002 I'm sorry to sound so ignorant here. I've never experienced " dumping " and wondered if that is what is going on with me now.... I ate about 3 hours ago... shortly after eating I cramped up sooooooo bad!... Felt like I wanted to puck!!!!!.... continually cramping to the point I couldn't move!!!!! My head hurt and felt soooooo sick!.... Is this dumping??????? I'm feeling a bit better now.... just have to ask!!!!! Betty ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I don't suffer from insanity....
