Guest guest
Hi all, Comtan also helped Charlotte but it helped the Sinemet so much that we had to cut back the dosage to 1/2 pill twice a day. It helped the Sinemet last longer and have shorter " OFF " periods. Take care, Bill Werre -------------- kmcrae@... wrote: > I think the most immediate effect from a new medication came late in Ken's > disease when we introduced Comtan. Guest guest
I wanted to say this yesterdday, but got a bit worn out: I believe there is a divine creator, who gave us the tools and the intellect to survive and explore deeper meanings. Created also were plants including the poppy (opiates) the coca, (cocaine), Bella Donna (the nightshade family - like the potato and tomato - buscopan). We were also given the capacity to develop character and discipline so we not run roughshot over one another, or abuse what the planet provides. I see no indications that there is anything of a deeper meaning to suffering needlessly. None of us are looking for a cheap thrill, just to survive another day as intact and fully human as our creator intended. That's just my opinion, and my faith. I see no harm in an open and honest discussion, I do take offence when people's opinions and experiences are belittled, argument and discussions are wonderful tools to learning more about ourselves and others. It is hard enough to think clearly at times, with the pains and discomforts or the 24/7 worries about someone we love, foggy and frazzled, we are vulnerable, we cannot fight back as we might like. Mostly for myself, I'd rather not fight at all, I'd just like the company of friends on this last leg of my journey.
