Hi Jim,

Yes those things are true with this disease but with Elmer that would

not have been an issue because he wasn't on meds at that point in his

journey. We didn't start medication until the last 2 years of his life.

Another issue here is that he did not have an autopsy, the rest of the

family refused to agree so he may have had something else in addition to

MSA or I suppose he could have had something different all together. We

will never really know. He had 1st cousins with ALS and PSP within 2

years of his death so anything is possible.
